VoIP Telephone System
This article pertains only to faculty and staff that utilize the UTB telephone system.
Requests for new phones, new/additional extensions, voice mail, and long-distance codes must be submitted via ServiceNow. Log into the my.utrgv.edu portal and click on the ServiceNow icon under the Applications section. Please include the extensions and mac address of the phone that you are requesting changes to. The MAC address of your phone can be found on a small label at the bottom of the phone.
