UTB Online Printing Error - Internet Explorer Has Encountered a Problem
When printing from UTB Online, you may receive an error, "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This problem is due to a known issue with Internet Explorer 6 and is corrected by upgrading to Internet Explorer 7 or higher.
Upgrading to Internet Explorer 7 or higher corrects this problem.
