Staff and Faculty Email Account Requests
This article pertains only to current UTB employees members. UTB employees may request a UTB email address by utilizing the link below. The account will be created within 1 to 2 days after your status is confirmed with your department.

NOTE - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A UTB EMAIL ACCOUNT, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR SUPERVISOR, DEPARTMENT SECRETARY, HR REPRESENTATIVE, COWORKER OR OTHER UTB EMPLOYEE LOG INTO THE FORM FOR YOU. THE ACTUAL FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE EMPLOYEE.
Once your email address has been created, your email username is your UTB email address.
Your password is the same password used for other systems. If you do not recall your password, please visit this help article, contact the Help Desk at 882-HELP (4357) or visit the Help Desk in the University Library, first floor, open lab kiosk.
Ways to access:
Your work computer at UTB will be configured to use Microsoft Outlook. For information on how to use Microsoft Outlook tutorial: see this help article.
On or Off Campus:
Your email can also be accessed from any web browser through the Webmail interface. Webmail can be accessed from the main utb.edu website under Quick Links.
